Q: If I have attended court for working and claiming benefit and I have recieved a custodial penalty and have repaid the benefit claimed at the time of employment, and am currently repaying an overpayment of another Benefit can I have that debt removed?

Answer: This is something you will need to discuss either with the court, your creditors or a debt advice company as each case is specific and circumstances tend to be different.

Q: I live in cuncil house in 5 years and I like to know my changes to buy my house i single person I have 3 kids and I am on benefits even i have a disable daughter so i dont have a chang back to work formy situation what is the best for i can buy i very interessed many thanks and i wait for the answer.
